Terms and Conditions between KCT Group Ltd and Passenger

  1. Parties This agreement is made between:
  • KCT Group Ltd (Company Number: 09634057), located at Office F, 167A East India Dock Road, London, E14 0EA (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
  • The Passenger (hereinafter referred to as the “Passenger”).
  1. Contractual Notice In accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 and its amendments, KCT Group Ltd is the principal party in any journeys undertaken on behalf of the Operator.
  2. Booking and Transportation Services A) Booking Confirmation:
  • The Passenger must provide accurate information when making a booking.
  • Bookings can only be made through the Operator’s approved channels.
  1. B) Fare and Payment:
  • The Operator sets the fare, which will be communicated to the Passenger before or after the journey as per Operator policy.
  • Payments must be made through approved methods as determined by the Operator.
  • Any additional charges, including waiting time, tolls, or extra services, will be communicated in advance where possible.
  1. C) Cancellations and Refunds:
  • The Operator reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time.
  • If a Passenger cancels a booking, applicable cancellation fees may be charged.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Operator’s refund policy.
  1. Passenger Responsibilities
  • Passengers must comply with all safety regulations during the journey.
  • No illegal, hazardous, or inappropriate behaviour is permitted.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle due to Passenger misconduct will be charged to the Passenger.
  • Passengers must be on time for their booking to avoid additional waiting charges or cancellation.
  1. Liability
  • The Operator is responsible for providing the transportation service but is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, or road incidents).
  • The Operator is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings during the journey.
  1. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
  • Passengers can submit complaints regarding service quality directly to the Operator.
  • The Operator will review and respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  1. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By booking a journey with KCT Group Ltd, the Passenger agrees to these Terms and Conditions
